Shipping policy

At Vireo Nutrition, we strive to ensure timely order fulfillment for our customers. 

Order Fulfillment:
Our standard order fulfillment time is between 2 to 5 business days. However, orders containing more than 10 items may require additional processing time, ranging from 3 to 10 business days. The countdown for fulfillment begins as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted", with the initial 2-hour window marked as "New". Once an order is marked as "Accepted", it is swiftly forwarded to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. Please note that orders cannot be edited or canceled once they have reached this stage.

Shipping Address Changes and Order Cancellation:
We understand that sometimes changes are necessary after placing an order. You have the option to make changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, but this must be done before the order status changes to "Accepted". Once an order has been accepted, it enters the fulfillment process and is no longer eligible for modification or cancellation.

Shipping to Canada:
All products are shipped from our US fulfillment center. For customers in Canada, please be advised that there may be delays in the delivery process due to customs-clearing procedures.

US Military Bases:
Regrettably, we are unable to deliver shipments to US military bases at this time.
