Refund policy

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt. For lost packages, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We cover errors on our part, offering replacements or full refunds.

To report an issue, submit a request to our team with a photo and brief explanation. Approved claims receive replacements within 3 business days or automatic refunds to the original payment method.

EXEMPTIONS

Refunds or replacements are not granted for:
- Wrong Address: Reshipment costs apply for insufficient addresses.
- Unclaimed Shipments: Reshipment costs are incurred.
- Buyer's Remorse: We don't refund for personal reasons.
- Rejected by Customs: No refunds for customs rejections.
- Product Already Prepared: Orders cannot be canceled once prepared.

This Policy is governed by English language, irrespective of translations.
